Asa's nephew, James WOODWARD, states that he went to live with Asa

- I am searching for James Vaughan or Vaughn, who emigrated to the
US in 1897 from South Wales. His whereabouts before 1920 is not
known, but his son Ivor was living in Ravenna, Portage Co. in 1921
(when James died in New Castle, Penn.). I am particularly looking
for James Vaughn's emigration and naturalisation records, but any
instance of him in Portage Co. would be very valuable. I would also
like to know about Ivor Vaughn, his son (born c. 1892 in Wales).
